• Obtained Bachelors degree in Engineering in 1974 from Kanpur, India.
• Worked in Mechanical fabrication from small agriculture equipments to large construction projects like Sindri Modernization Project, Bongiogaon Refinery , also was contractor of many Food warehouse structures all over UP.
• In 1979 migrated to USA and joined C F Braun in California to work in Project management for building nuclear power plant.
• In 1982 moved to NY and got involved in Commercial and residential mortgage business. Since then that has been the main business.
• Owned & operated a lot of real estate projects in USA since 1987.
• Was also involved in Garments, Leather & carpet exports from India in1989.
• In 1990-91 was involved in Avionics business with component supply and design of Flight Navigational System with Light COMBAT aircraft for INDIA.
• Was involved with NY City Transit Authority for supply & manufacturing of replacement parts for trains & supply of safety equipment.
• In 1991 created a company (E Net Loans) & developed a software for automatic underwriting (loan analysis) systems for Residential mortgage. Sold the company with the software in 2004.
• From 2002 to 2009, have operated/owned call centre in Dominican Republic & also worked with other call centers for tele-marketing the US Mortgage Operations.

Since Mortgage business was minimized during the global recession in 2008, formed International Marketing & Management Systems Inc (I.M.M.S.I.) to capitalize my experience & background & provide consultation to different businesses helping them to achieve maximum utilization of available resources in the most profitable way.
